Job Description
Lantern is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to manage all aspects of benefits administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the SVP, Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors.
  • Conduct regular compensation analyses.
  • Support annual compensation and bonus cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
