Job Description
Lantern is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to manage all aspects of benefits administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the SVP, Human Resources.
Responsibilities: - Administer employee benefits programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors.
- Conduct regular compensation analyses.
- Support annual compensation and bonus cycles.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor total rewards metrics.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and compensation analysis.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, compensation practices, and benefits regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
