Lantern is seeking an Operations Manager to enhance member services. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring a superior member experience. The Operations Manager will lead a team of service delivery supervisors and advocates, focusing on achieving high member satisfaction and meeting organizational goals. Lantern is a specialty care platform connecting people with the best care when they need it most.

The role involves:
  • Overseeing daily service operations and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Monitoring KPIs and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of service delivery supervisors and advocates.
  • Driving accountability via metrics management on critical KPIs.
  • Fostering a team-centered culture and rewarding innovation.

Requirements:
  • Three years of Customer Operations Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience building and scaling Customer Service teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented leadership.
