RxSense, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Strategic Client Success Executive. This role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring satisfaction through long-term partnerships. The Strategic Client Success Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for large and complex clients, managing enterprise strategy and growth roadmaps. They will work with C-suite executives and healthcare leaders to align RxSense's capabilities with client needs.
Role Involves:
- Developing C-suite relationships with clients.
- Managing client contracts and leading renewal processes.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Staying updated on market dynamics in the PBM industry.
- Leading cross-functional deliverables with internal teams.
- Collaborating with Operations and Product teams for innovation.
- Marketing RxSense’s capabilities to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of account management experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmacy benefit management or cash discount card marketing.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships at the C-Suite level.
- Client-centric focus with strong consultative skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
