Job Description
RxSense, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Strategic Client Success Executive. This role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring satisfaction through long-term partnerships. The Strategic Client Success Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for large and complex clients, managing enterprise strategy and growth roadmaps. They will work with C-suite executives and healthcare leaders to align RxSense's capabilities with client needs.

Role Involves:
  • Developing C-suite relationships with clients.
  • Managing client contracts and leading renewal processes.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Staying updated on market dynamics in the PBM industry.
  • Leading cross-functional deliverables with internal teams.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Product teams for innovation.
  • Marketing RxSense’s capabilities to clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of account management experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmacy benefit management or cash discount card marketing.
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships at the C-Suite level.
  • Client-centric focus with strong consultative skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
