Innovaccer is seeking a Director of Customer Success to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring customers achieve success using Innovaccer's platform and meet their business goals. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing a team to deliver solutions within deadlines and budget.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Manage project delivery, including charters, kickoffs, and requirement gathering.
Manage the budget and ensure adherence to the schedule.
Identify relevant datasets and integrate data into a stable pipeline.
Present results and proposals to various audiences.
Requirements:
Experience in technical account management, customer success, or client services in the technology and healthcare sector.
Analytical mindset and experience with analytical or digital transformation projects.
Computer Science or Engineering background.
Experience in Value-Based Care, Population Health, Health System Operations, Payer, or Life Sciences markets.
Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
Experience in business requirement gathering and expectation management.
Experience leading delivery/engineering teams.
Experience working with offshore/India teams.
Ability to travel 30%-40%.
