Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Director of Customer Success to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring customers achieve success using Innovaccer's platform and meet their business goals. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing a team to deliver solutions within deadlines and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage project delivery, including charters, kickoffs, and requirement gathering.
  • Manage the budget and ensure adherence to the schedule.
  • Identify relevant datasets and integrate data into a stable pipeline.
  • Present results and proposals to various audiences.

Requirements:
  • Experience in technical account management, customer success, or client services in the technology and healthcare sector.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with analytical or digital transformation projects.
  • Computer Science or Engineering background.
  • Experience in Value-Based Care, Population Health, Health System Operations, Payer, or Life Sciences markets.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in business requirement gathering and expectation management.
  • Experience leading delivery/engineering teams.
  • Experience working with offshore/India teams.
  • Ability to travel 30%-40%.
