Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking an AWS Support Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for administering and operating AWS services, designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, and developing infrastructure as code using Terraform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development teams, participate in incident resolution, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering and operating services in AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, networks).
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Developing and implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Integrating pipelines in software development projects, optimizing continuous delivery.
• Collaborating with development teams, ensuring fluid and effective communication.
• Participating in incident resolution and 24/7 technical support on alternating weeks onsite.
• Providing support to environments involving IBM WebSphere, IBM Bus, and IBM HTTP Server (desirable).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Networking).
• At least 1 year of experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Experience in DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tools.
• Basic programming knowledge for interaction with developers.
• Availability for 24/7 support shifts and alternating on-site work in Medellín.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification (desirable).
• Knowledge in IBM WAS, Bus, IHS (desirable).
