Job Description

GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable modular buildings, is seeking a Production Employee to contribute to the smooth operation of its production line. This role involves reading and implementing work instructions, operating and monitoring machines, and assembling components according to specifications. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting are also key responsibilities.

• Participating in series production on an automated production line
• Handling various hand tools such as cordless screwdrivers, saws, etc.
• Working from technical drawings
• Loading machines
• Pre-assembling components
• Assembling modules
• Performing quality control according to specifications
• Registering work orders in the production control system on the PC

• Initial professional experience in a production environment
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Very good manual skills
• Pronounced technical understanding
• Confident handling of tools (including cordless screwdrivers)
• Good German language skills (independent use of language)
