Job Description
Rimes is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their growing EDM business in London. Rimes provides enterprise data management solutions to the global investment community, and this role involves scaling their Enterprise Management Data services platform. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their objectives and deliver solutions using Rimes capabilities.
Role involves:
- Understanding customer objectives and goals to deliver solutions.
- Engaging with customers to design and deploy strategic business workflows.
- Ensuring the full range of capabilities are considered during design and implementation.
- Developing improved practices to make the implementation model more efficient.
- Leading and documenting investment and operational workflow design sessions.
- Assisting in customer-specific configuration, testing, and user training.
- Taking ownership of the solution and results, working with Project Management.
- Providing feedback to the Product team on possible enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience implementing scalable and repeatable business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of market and product features and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience with a programming language (e.g., .NET) or scripting language (e.g., Python).
- Excel skills.
