Implementation Engineer

Job Description

E2open, a connected supply chain platform, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to configure and customize its Intelligent Application Suite. The Implementation Engineer will work within a team, participating in the full SDLC cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, user acceptance testing, and solution implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding complex requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Guiding clients on solutions and configurations.
• Developing functional and technical design specifications.
• Configuring the E2open application.
• Leading technical discussions with internal teams.
• Customizing standard solutions.
• Reviewing code and mentoring team members.
• Presenting solutions to customers.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Communicating technical details and updates to clients.
• Collaborating with global, multicultural teams.

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-6 years of technical developer experience.
• Strong skills in Core JAVA, Groovy, Python, SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Exposure to integration involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Working knowledge of at least one E2open solution.
• Firm understanding of implementation best practices.
• Complex troubleshooting skills.
• Good Enterprise Software Implementation Experience.
• Good knowledge of English.
