Job Description
E2open is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their team. The Senior Solution Architect will work with experienced colleagues to implement solutions within customer projects, owning and managing the design from initial design workshops until go-live. This role involves understanding customer business processes, leading design workshops, creating use cases, and defining integration architecture. The Senior Solution Architect will also support program directors, perform fit gap analysis, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and connect customers’ existing business processes and technology to propose the e2open solution
  • Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops
  • Synthesize customer’s business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases
  • Define the overall integration architecture between different customer systems and the e2open stack
  • Support program directors to manage scope against contract
  • Perform fit gap analysis between e2open cloud product functionality and the client’s requirements
  • Be a leader on a team of technical and business analysts and engineers
  • Capture and share best practice knowledge among e2open Professional Services community
  • Ensure the designed solution is translated and implemented
  • Liaise with different Product Stakeholders in shaping the Product Roadmap
  • Effort analysis and estimate the implementation effort
  • Provide project status updates for assigned tasks on a timely basis

Requirements:
  • Understanding of US Customs Imports practices strategies and industry best practices
  • 2-4 years as a Solution Architect or 5-7 years working in US Customs Import-related field
  • Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
  • Experience in data analysis (practice dependent)
  • Good technological proficiency (data science, SQL) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus
  • Excellent English communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills
