Job Description
Reltio is seeking a Director of QE to lead the quality engineering efforts for its data unification and management platform. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and operates on a hybrid work model. The Director of QE will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of Reltio products through state-of-the-art testing practices, extensive automation, and rigorous quality metrics. They will also play a key role in enabling internal and external customers to successfully use the Reltio product.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality team, providing mentoring and coaching.
- Build a collaborative and performance-first culture.
- Define and maintain quality exit criteria for all releases.
- Formulate and influence overall testing strategy, focusing on automation.
- Participate in planning processes to provide quality inputs.
- Provide comprehensive reporting of quality metrics.
- Conduct thorough audits of QA practices.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and customer support teams.
- Lead initiatives for quality improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in testing practices, including AI/ML.
- Maintain excellent communication across teams.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in computer science/information technology; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in product development companies in QA roles.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading QA teams.
- Experience in the data management domain.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Google, AWS, or Azure).
- Proven experience in developing quality metrics.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
