Vim, a rapidly growing middleware platform transforming healthcare, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their team in NYC. This role is a dual role, enabling executives and ensuring a productive office environment.

Role involves:

  • Ensuring the NYC office is productive and well-maintained.
  • Managing office operations, including vendor relationships and IT coordination.
  • Planning and executing in-office events and celebrations.
  • Supporting new hire onboarding and workspace readiness.
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Drafting communications and presentations.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and offsites.
  • Handling travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or business-related position.
  • Experience supporting executives, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Based in NYC and comfortable working in-office five days a week.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Vim offers:
