Vim, a rapidly growing middleware platform transforming healthcare, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their team in NYC. This role is a dual role, enabling executives and ensuring a productive office environment.
Role involves:
- Ensuring the NYC office is productive and well-maintained.
- Managing office operations, including vendor relationships and IT coordination.
- Planning and executing in-office events and celebrations.
- Supporting new hire onboarding and workspace readiness.
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Drafting communications and presentations.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and offsites.
- Handling travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or business-related position.
- Experience supporting executives, ideally in a startup environment.
- Based in NYC and comfortable working in-office five days a week.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
