Job Description
Interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Customer Success team. This role is crucial for driving visibility, accountability, and coordination across all customer engagements. The Project Manager will collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), support, and product teams to ensure customer success.Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and reporting on customer engagements, milestones, and KPIs.
- Creating and executing support and remediation plans for at-risk accounts.
- Developing custom reporting and insights for QBRs.
- Coordinating customer-facing projects and ensuring timely resolution to escalations.
- Identifying trends across accounts to recommend proactive solutions.
- Leading internal and external program management touchpoints.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience supporting customer success, support, or technical account management functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SMB banks and/or credit union operations is highly preferred.
- Located in the Bay Area with the ability to come into our San Jose office on a regular basis
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
