RAPP New York is seeking a Senior Art Director to join its award-winning Creative team. The Senior Art Director will drive the creative process, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns.Role involves:

• Leading the development of creative concepts and designs.
• Collaborating with copywriters and designers.
• Translating strategic objectives into visually compelling designs.
• Presenting work to internal teams and clients.
• Staying current with design trends and technologies.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Refining and elevating the design process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of art direction experience.
• Portfolio showcasing work across digital, email, print, and social media.
• Mastery of typography, layout, and composition.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Adaptability to thrive under pressure.
