Job Description

Ebury is seeking a Senior FX Dealer to join their Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will possess proven dealing/trading experience and exceptional sales skills. This role involves providing expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, assisting them in achieving their international business objectives while mitigating FX risks. The Senior FX Dealer will structure and execute deals, ensuring optimal value for clients and contributing to Ebury's growth. They may also have the opportunity to lead and train teams.Role involves:

• Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across FX hedging, lending, & cash management.
• Executing FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS etc.) using various trading platforms.
• Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination.
• Understanding client business environments and providing tailored solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Expanding existing business and providing feedback to product managers.
• Originating new business via networking.

Requirements:

• Strong Financial Services / FX sales experience.
• Contacts network would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Business/finance academic background would be a plus.
• Experience in FX Dealing, providing hedging strategies to SMEs and Corporates.
• Ideally a background in Corporate FX sales or payments-related sales in a B2B setting.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
