Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Continuous-Improvement Project Specialist to join their Channel Partners team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on workflow optimization and business scalation, contributing to the company's mission of making every company a wellness company.

Role Involves:
- Driving a culture of measurable, iterative continuous improvement.
- Managing projects, translating improvement ideas into clear requirements.
- Designing and scheduling recurring meetings.
- Facilitating value-stream mapping workshops.
- Packaging new processes into SOPs and supporting training.
- Identifying and tracking operational and project risks.
- Collecting partner pain points and quantifying ROI of feature requests.
Requirements:
- Project management background with experience in continuous improvement or product management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable with delivering measurable projects and running meetings.
- Knowledge of Google toolkit (sheets, slides, Looker Studio).
- Asana and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with collaborative skills.
