Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Growth Project Specialist for Upsell & Retention to join their Channel Partners team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves bridging Projects & Sales, turning operational signals into revenue-generating actions, and ensuring friction-free partner experiences. The Growth Project Specialist will propose and implement solutions based on data trends and take ownership of multiple projects and initiatives within the organization.Role responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating cross-team plays to lift partner ACV and maintaining the upsell pipeline board.
  • Co-designing tier-based onboarding journeys to cut time-to-first-value.
  • Translating implementation SLA, SKU usage, internal support tickets, and partner NPS into a weighted health-score.
  • Drafting win-win playbooks, training material, and enablement decks to support expansion.
  • Collecting partner pain points, quantifying ROI of feature requests, and feeding backlog with clear business cases.
Requirements for this role include:
  • Project management background with experience in revenue operations and/or customer success.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Advanced knowledge of google toolkit (sheets, slides, looker studio).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment.
