Vice President of Product

Job Description

Exactera, a FinTech SaaS start-up, is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead its product strategy, vision, and execution. This role demands a product leader with deep SaaS expertise and an understanding of tax and compliance technology. The VP will define the product roadmap, design product engineering processes, and ensure the delivery of exceptional value to customers.Role involves:

• Developing and owning the multi-year product vision.
• Leading the full product-engineering lifecycle.
• Driving a deep understanding of customer problems.
• Building and mentoring a world-class product team.
• Ensuring alignment between product engineering and the executive team.
• Staying informed of competitive dynamics and regulatory shifts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in tax technology, fintech, regulatory compliance, or enterprise B2B platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
