Google DeepMind is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Gemini Post-Training to join their GenAI programs team. This role involves driving complex programs, managing projects, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. The Technical Program Manager will collaborate with researchers and product teams to deliver models and research innovations. They will navigate ambiguity, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Scope and drive complex and ambitious programs across multiple teams.
- Manage simultaneous projects, balancing short-term deliveries and long-term success.
