RD Station is seeking an Account Executive to foster growth within its partner network. The role involves enabling partners to increase revenue and expand their businesses. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of up to 60 agencies, focusing on sales of RD Station products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and education, be well-organized, and possess knowledge of the agency market.RD Station is a leading technology company for marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, serving over 50,000 clients across 40 countries.   • Drive and close new business through partners.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, aligning culture, processes, and communication.
  • Contribute to and monitor partner growth plans, providing mentorship and strategic consulting.
  • Develop and execute improvement projects for the partner program.
  • Manage the partner portfolio to support development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B partner programs within the technology sector.
  • Experience in the marketing agency ecosystem.
  • Expertise in developing and training partner ecosystems.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies such as Spin Selling, BANT, Challenger Sales, and Winning by Design.
  • Exceptional communication and teaching skills.
