RD Station is seeking an Account Executive to focus on channel and partner development. The role is based in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid work model.RD Station is a leading technology company in marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, serving over 50,000 clients across 40 countries. The company values customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment for its 1,500+ employees.As an Account Executive, the candidate will work with up to 60 agencies, helping them increase revenue and grow their businesses. This involves sales, training, and strategic consulting to align partners with RD Station's culture, processes, and communication.Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business and development through partners.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, aligning culture, processes, and communication.
  • Contribute to and monitor partners' strategic growth plans, providing mentorship and strategic consulting.
  • Develop and execute improvement projects for the partner program and create support materials.
  • Manage the partner portfolio to support development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B partner programs in the technology sector, with consultative sales experience.
  • Solid experience in the marketing agency ecosystem, with strong communication and marketing skills.
  • Expertise in developing and training partnership ecosystems.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies such as Spin Selling, BANT, Challenger Sales, and Winning by Design.
  • Exceptional communication and teaching skills, with the ability to inspire and guide clients in their business growth.
