Job Description
RD Station is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through RD Station's partner program. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of up to 60 agencies, providing guidance and support to help them increase sales and expand their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and teaching, be well-organized, and possess a strong understanding of the agency market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and develop existing partnerships.
- Ensure strong partner relationships by aligning culture, processes, and communication.
- Contribute to partners' strategic growth plans through mentorship and consulting.
- Develop and implement improvement projects for the partner program.
- Create support materials such as webinars and resources for internal and external teams.
- Manage the partner portfolio to support development and growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B partner programs within the technology sector.
- Solid experience in the marketing agency ecosystem.
- Expertise in developing and training partner ecosystems.
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies such as Spin Selling, BANT, Challenger Sales, and Winning by Design.
- Exceptional communication and teaching skills.
