RD Station is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Fortaleza, Brazil. The company is a leader in technology solutions for marketing and sales in Brazil, serving over 50,000 clients in 40 countries. RD Station is committed to driving the business of small and medium-sized enterprises by providing the best solutions for their growth.This role involves:
- Negotiating with companies to understand their needs and how RD Station's product can fit their reality.
- Working with Inbound and Outbound strategies and actions focused on small and medium-sized businesses.
- Conducting meetings scheduled by the SDR team with potential clients to deepen the diagnosis and identify opportunities.
- Actively prospecting and identifying potential clients.
- Presenting solution proposals to clients.
- Planning and monitoring sales performance through the CRM, according to the sales playbook.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience with B2B sales in technology companies, preferably SaaS.
- Experience with consultative sales, understanding how solutions fit the lead's scenario.
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured approach (SPIN Selling, BANT, Sandlers, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Customer-centric approach, providing excellent service focused on problem-solving.
- Organization and planning to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
