Business Management Associate

Job Description

Kronos is seeking a Business Management Associate to join their Business Management team. This role will support daily operations, track performance, and coordinate strategic initiatives. The position offers exposure to trading operations, investor engagement, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of crypto trading and asset management.
• Assist in preparing investor materials and internal reports.
• Conduct analysis on trading strategy performance.
• Help improve internal workflows.
• Support communications with exchanges, brokers, and service providers.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Support the planning and execution of business initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining timelines and communicating status updates.
• Help ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in trading, operations, business management, or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
• Clear and structured communicator.
• Interest in trading, market structure, and crypto financial infrastructure.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Mandarin.
