Kronos Research is seeking a Business Development Director to expand its presence across global digital asset markets. The Business Development Director will lead strategic initiatives, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with trading, product, and executive teams. This role is based in New York.Role involves:
- Owning and driving business development strategy for key global markets.
- Leading negotiations and relationship management with crypto exchanges and ecosystem partners.
- Identifying new markets, products, or asset classes for scaling capabilities.
- Serving as a senior liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Partnering with the executive team to define and execute long-term growth plans.
- Representing Kronos at industry events to enhance thought leadership and visibility.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships.
- Proven leadership experience driving complex partnerships across global markets.
- Deep understanding of crypto trading infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with deal structuring and execution capability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
