Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support both Sales and Finance teams. This role involves structuring complex deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Commercial Operations Analyst will be part of a supportive, mission-driven team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.
What this role involves:
- Structuring complex deals for key accounts.
- Building expertise in Axon’s product catalog and quoting tools.
- Supporting sales reps with deal formats and quote requests.
- Analyzing customer contracts for performance obligations.
- Maintaining accuracy in Salesforce (CRM).
- Participating in testing for new product launches and system updates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners for timely execution of deals.
- Contributing to team-wide projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations.
- Strong finance orientation and attention to detail.
- Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive mindset and collaborative approach.
