Job Description
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support both Sales and Finance teams. This role involves structuring complex deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Commercial Operations Analyst will be part of a supportive, mission-driven team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.

What this role involves:
  • Structuring complex deals for key accounts.
  • Building expertise in Axon’s product catalog and quoting tools.
  • Supporting sales reps with deal formats and quote requests.
  • Analyzing customer contracts for performance obligations.
  • Maintaining accuracy in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Participating in testing for new product launches and system updates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners for timely execution of deals.
  • Contributing to team-wide projects and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations.
  • Strong finance orientation and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and collaborative approach.
