Job Description
Axon is seeking an Account Manager to focus on Major Law Enforcement Accounts in the Western U.S. The Account Manager will work in partnership with a Key Account Leader to drive strategic growth and support public safety transformation. They will co-own revenue goals, deepen customer relationships, coordinate resources, and help ensure Axon's solutions drive measurable outcomes.

Role involves:
  • Closing new business and expansions across a territory.
  • Building and managing a long-term growth pipeline.
  • Building and expanding multi-threaded relationships with senior agency stakeholders.
  • Coordinating between the customer and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in enterprise SaaS, strategic account management, or complex B2B sales.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% within territory.
