LastPass, a leader in password and identity management, is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to support and execute integrated campaigns across the marketing funnel. This role involves collaborating with various marketing teams to generate new leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. The Campaign Operations Specialist will leverage data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Role involves:
- Setting up, managing, and monitoring ongoing campaigns within Marketo.
- Coordinating and executing webinar setups to drive engagement.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools, preferably Marketo and Pendo.
- Understanding of CRM best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
