Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr ADAS/AD Feature Owner to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge ADAS/AD features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of fully validated, high-quality customer features and will play a key role in shaping the future of luxury electric vehicles. This role is located on-site at Headquarters in Newark, CA.Role involves:
  • Conceptualizing, prototyping, and launching ADAS/AD features.
  • Creating and managing feature roadmaps.
  • Developing feature definitions, use cases, and functional requirements.
  • Working closely with Tier 1 suppliers and internal teams.
  • Leading competitive benchmarking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or 5 years with a Master’s.
  • Proven track record of bringing ADAS/AD Active Safety features into production.
  • Expertise in use case and requirements development for ADAS/AD features.
  • Experience with automotive supplier interaction and project management.
  • Strong understanding of regulations and standards for ADAS features.
  • Proficiency with requirements management and agile development tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
