Quality Management Lead (gn) Product Development

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Quality Management Lead to join their Product Development team. This role involves leading the quality management team, driving product quality through strategic direction and process optimization, and ensuring the marketability and legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements for brands ESN & More Nutrition.

The Quality Management Lead will lead and develop the quality management team in product development, promote the team professionally and personally, and increase performance. They will define and implement strategic goals for quality management to continuously increase efficiency, quality, and innovation. The role involves optimizing internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration with production-related quality management, assuming audit responsibility for the product development area, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards. The Lead will also coordinate and manage quality-relevant projects and ensure effective resource management, serving as the main interface for relevant departments such as Planning, Procurement, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.

Role Involves:

• Leading and developing the quality management team
• Defining and implementing strategic quality management goals
• Optimizing internal processes for collaboration
• Assuming audit responsibility and ensuring compliance
• Coordinating quality-relevant projects

Requirements:

• Completed studies in food chemistry, food technology, nutritional science, ecotrophology, sports science, or comparable education with a focus on quality management/assurance
• Several years of professional experience in quality management/assurance, especially in ensuring the marketability and legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements
• Experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented work style with a motivated and open personality
• Willingness to participate in regular training and further education
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
