Global Supply Chain Input Delivery Data Senior Supervisor

Job Description

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Supply Chain Input Delivery Data Senior Supervisor to enhance inventory data accuracy across nine countries. This role involves ensuring warehouse records align with accounting books through technical guidance, quality checks, and data analysis. The position is hybrid, based in either Kenya or Rwanda, and reports to the Inventory Data Specialist.Responsibilities include:

• Conducting monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Leading quality control checks to meet shrinkage targets.
• Managing goods receipt and coordinating the closure of open purchase orders.
• Resolving issues related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• Sharing system knowledge to improve system use.
• Tracking progress on shrinkage reduction and QC targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Data, or Logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining complex spreadsheets and performing advanced data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with multicultural team members.
