Job Description
FourKites is seeking a Director of Strategic Solutions to lead the Facilities business unit. This role involves establishing industry credibility and solution expertise, serving as a key knowledge resource, and driving innovation in facility management solutions. The Director will drive cross-functional alignment to generate revenue, maximize deal size, and elevate the sales organization.
Role Involves:
- Driving revenue through consultative selling.
- Supporting complex customer engagements with domain expertise.
- Leading emerging solutions and industry-specific use cases.
- Partnering with marketing on content and messaging.
- Contributing to enablement programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Developing account/opportunity strategic mapping.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in strategic solution sales within the supply chain/logistics industry.
- 10+ years experience working with Facilities execution (TMS, WMS, YMS, OMS, ERP, telematics, hardware (IoT, RFID).
- 10+ years in enterprise solution sales - customer facing experience.
- Proven track record of revenue attainment and deal size maximization.
- Strong understanding of complex Facilities sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
