Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Prague, Czech Republic. This role is a key member of the team, focusing on driving short and medium-term planning and forecasting, operational efficiencies, and supporting business decision-making. The Finance Manager will also drive process and system improvements to better align financial processes. They will partner with internal clients within the Business Units and work across multiple finance teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Finance business partner to CPBU and ISS organizations
  • Work with external parties and internal stakeholders to finalize leasing arrangements
  • Drive collection, analysis, and consolidation of business and financial performance information
  • Create and drive simulation scenarios of the P&L
  • Model Capital Expenditures and Opex
  • Support Financial Close
  • Provide insight into the underlying drivers of the business
  • Support building end-to-end business models for strategic planning
  • Ensure correct reporting in appropriate cost centers
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Prior A/P, A/R, invoicing experience is highly preferable
  • Familiarity with ASC842 is a plus
  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA and/or CPA a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with strong Excel skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally
  • 8+ Years of progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience developing finance dashboards on Tableau a plus
