Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Subscription Services Representative to join their World-Wide Renewals team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and growing renewal rates within an assigned territory.

Role involves:
  • Being a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers.
  • Effectively communicating company messages and value propositions.
  • Uncovering at-risk accounts and developing mitigation plans.
  • Managing existing programs to maximize company revenue.
  • Quoting all subscription renewal opportunities.
  • Developing overall renewal strategy and process.
  • Managing & forecasting the subscription pipeline.
  • Creating programs with the Marketing Manager to encourage renewal activity.
  • Tracking all activity in Salesforce.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years prior subscription sales role.
  • 2+ years prior customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • High integrity, ethics, and humility.
  • Ability to build and maintain credibility with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid Salesforce aptitude.
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Excel, MS Access, SQL queries).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
