AlphaSense, a leading market intelligence and search platform, is seeking an Entitlements Analyst to join their growing India team in Pune. This role involves managing the content authorization process, acting as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and strategic content partners. The Entitlement Analyst will play a crucial role in providing superior customer experience and supporting global sales teams.

Role involves:
  • Processing content authorization requests.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and broker partners.
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns.
  • Tracking request progress and communication in CRM.
  • Improving customer satisfaction through timely and accurate services.
  • Suggesting process and system enhancements.
  • Assisting with special projects.

Requirements:
  • Customer-focused with experience in customer support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive information and updates.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel).
  • Team player with strong cross-group working relationships.
  • Salesforce or any CRM tools experience is a plus.
