AlphaSense, a leading market intelligence and search platform, is seeking an Entitlements Analyst to join their growing India team in Pune. This role involves managing the content authorization process, acting as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and strategic content partners. The Entitlement Analyst will play a crucial role in providing superior customer experience and supporting global sales teams.
Role involves:
- Processing content authorization requests.
- Collaborating with sales teams and broker partners.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Tracking request progress and communication in CRM.
- Improving customer satisfaction through timely and accurate services.
- Suggesting process and system enhancements.
- Assisting with special projects.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with experience in customer support.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide comprehensive information and updates.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel).
- Team player with strong cross-group working relationships.
- Salesforce or any CRM tools experience is a plus.
