AlphaSense is seeking an Entitlement Analyst to join their growing India team in Mumbai. AlphaSense empowers professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. The company's platform is trusted by over 4,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The Content Authorization team manages the end-to-end process of setting up customers with access to broker research and other specialized content. The Entitlement Analyst will liaise between customers, the sales team, and strategic content partners.
Role Involves:
- Processing Content Authorization requests.
- Collaborating with sales teams and broker partners.
- Resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Tracking the progress of requests.
- Improving customer satisfaction.
- Suggesting process and system enhancements.
- Assisting with special projects.
