Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Workday Time and Absence Analyst to join their team. This role is based on a hybrid work model in San Jose, California, or Seattle, Washington, requiring in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday. The Senior Analyst will report to the People Systems Director and will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules, identifying process improvements, providing user support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting system testing.

- Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
- Providing user support for stakeholder inquiries
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in time tracking and absence policies
- Conducting system testing and collaborating with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, or related modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience with configuring Workday modules and business process frameworks
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts
