Job Description
Catapult is seeking a talented and driven Sales Director for Germany. This role is pivotal in leading and motivating a team of Business Development Representatives, working closely with the executive management team to implement and execute the sales strategy. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing the sales team and growing the market within Germany.

Role Involves:
  • Accountable for regional team sales target
  • Overseeing training and providing ongoing support to the sales team
  • Identifying key sales metrics and developing benchmarks for growth
  • Building the team and onboarding new sales associates
  • Managing the implementation and execution of sales strategies
  • Developing and managing systems and processes for maximum productivity
  • Maintaining documentation of sales systems and ensuring compliance
  • Completing commission and performance reports
  • Ensuring customer contracts are ready for signing
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure client expectations are met
  • Participating in the interview process
  • Preparing internal sales documents and reports

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in successful sales performance, preferably in sports
  • Demonstrated ability in managing a sales team
  • Proven ability to grow a high-performing team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with C-suite executives
  • Adaptability and ability to work at a fast pace
