Job Description

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Senior Writer to create impactful ad copy using the Pencil platform. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest GenAI models and use data-driven insights to deliver quick results for clients. This role requires mastering tools and technology to create copy with speed and precision, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven advertising.

What this role involves:

  • Collaborating with GenAI Creators and team members to brainstorm and refine ideas.
  • Experimenting with new creative techniques to improve AI-generated copy quality.
  • Communicating with clients to address their needs and incorporate feedback.
  • Establishing a transparent GenAI delivery process with clients.
  • Partnering with the Training team to share new GenAI techniques.
  • Collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as Pencil, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.
  • Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
  • Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
  • Good personal communication and management skills.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
