Job Description
Litmus is seeking a Deployment Project Manager for the EMEA region, based in Berlin. This role is crucial for managing Litmus projects and ensuring successful customer deployments. The Deployment Project Manager will work with a growth-stage software company that is transforming the way companies harness the power of machine data to improve operations. Litmus's software is enabling the next wave of digital transformation for the biggest and most innovative companies in the World – making Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 and Edge Computing a reality.
Role involves:
- Managing Litmus projects using a waterfall methodology.
- Developing and maintaining schedules for customer-facing deployments.
- Managing project issues, risks, and scope.
- Preparing project management reports and estimates.
- Developing statements of work and performing cost analysis.
- Holding project status meetings and ensuring timely communication.
- Maintaining and improving Litmus processes for deployment project management.
- Supporting customer relationships and driving expansion opportunities.
- Managing resources across all Customer Success projects.
Requirements:
- PMP or other professional project manager designation is preferred.
- Proven experience implementing software and infrastructure projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience using Wrike or other project management software.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Background in manufacturing software or infrastructure is an asset.
- Preferred candidate located in Berlin
- Preferred candidate fluent in German and/or French
