Markforged is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive direct-led business growth in Singapore. This role involves generating new revenue streams from new clients by developing a sales pipeline, crafting strategic business transformation proposals, nurturing strategic partnerships, and closing large deals at the CxO level. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven hunter, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound initiatives.
  • Research, draft, and present business transformational proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
  • Qualify prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Articulate and share Industry 4.0 insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Significant experience in a business development role.
  • Experience in direct sales to C-level executives.
  • Past experience in high tech sales (e.g., 3D CAD Sales, Solidworks, Autodesk, Robots Automation).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of design and manufacturing industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills.
