Tebra is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance demand generation through innovative strategies. The Growth Marketing Manager will optimize conversion rates across paid media microsites, landing pages, and email campaigns. This individual will also develop and manage advanced chat strategies, leveraging vendor tools. They will uncover opportunities to enhance user experiences, drive demand, and increase conversions through data and experimentation. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, growth operations, and digital marketing.Role involves:
- Designing and executing A/B testing campaigns.
- Developing optimization strategies for layouts, content, modules, CTAs, and functionality.
- Measuring statistical significance and incremental impact of tests.
- Creating and refining high-impact landing pages for paid advertising.
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing chat experiences for website visitors.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and chat strategy development.
- Expertise in CRO across paid media microsites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with Qualified’s suite of tools and expertise in managing chat vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of landing page builders and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Skilled in data analysis and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and VWO.
