Technical Program Manager

Twilio is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their InfoSec organization. This role is crucial for supporting the delivery of value through strategic projects and programs. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and coaching agile teams to ensure value delivery.

The role is part of the InfoSec Project Management Office (PMO), which maintains operational and process rigor through a structured project management approach.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion.
• Support functional teams as a coach to enable value delivery.
• Leverage Project Management principles (SAFe and Agile) to drive best practices.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by monitoring project progression.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and issues during project execution.
• Drive decision-making through clear communication and productive meetings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in InfoSec.
• Experience with Agile projects and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple project initiatives.
• Strong skills in developing project structures and schedules.
• High-level understanding of information security domains.
• Excellent communication skills.
