Talent Research & Intelligence Analyst

Twilio is seeking a Talent Research & Intelligence Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping Twilio’s global talent strategy by providing crucial insights on labor market trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence.

As an individual contributor, the analyst will be a trusted advisor to the business and key stakeholders across the People organization, enabling them to strategically build and leverage global workforce plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning research deliverables from inception to delivery.
• Providing competitive talent insights to senior TA, HR, and business leaders.
• Proactively partnering to deliver insights in anticipation of business needs.
• Using a variety of research tools and approaches to drive research.
• Building and activating strategic talent communities.
• Collaborating with teammates to identify effective solutions.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on labor markets and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5+ years in research, analytics, consulting, or finance.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic data visualization.
• Strong understanding of the talent ecosystem.
• Experienced in integrating data from platforms such as Draup, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn.
• Able to distill research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Naturally inquisitive and self-motivated.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
