Job Description

Burson, a global communications leader and part of WPP, is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to join their leadership team in France. This role offers the opportunity to drive business development strategy and significantly impact the company's growth in the French market.

The Chief Growth Officer will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the growth community in France, representing Burson France in EMEA-wide Growth Community calls, and forging strong relationships with other WPP France agencies.

Role Involves:

• Defining and implementing a business development strategy.
• Expanding the client portfolio by sourcing new business opportunities.
• Managing the entire RFP process.
• Leading the Growth community in France.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development within integrated communications or advertising agencies.
• Fluency in English and experience working in an international environment.
• Strategic approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
