Analyst - Billing - US

WPP is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team in Mumbai, India. This role involves creating billing drafts, reviewing them, obtaining approval, and ensuring they meet client guidelines. The Billing Analyst will also analyze unbilled items, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy. WPP is the creative transformation company. • Create billing drafts and ensure they meet client guidelines.
• Analyze unbilled items and resolve any issues.
• Maintain billing and invoice delivery guidelines.
• Provide solutions to billing-related problems.
• Collaborate with other departments for billing accuracy.
• Prepare and present analytical reports.

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• 4-6 years of experience in billing.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work in US shift (6.30 AM onwards).
