Senior Manager - Media Operations

Job Description

WPP is seeking a Senior Manager - Media Operations to lead Procure to Pay and Billing functions from their SSC in India. This role involves overseeing vendor master management, invoice processing, order management, contract generation, billing, and inventory processes. The Senior Manager will supervise P&L management and billing operations, proactively seeking opportunities for business expansion.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of 100+ FTEs, fostering employee development, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring service delivery excellence. They will nurture a culture of excellence and accountability, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance skill sets and drive career progression. The role also includes streamlining business processes and documentation, establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics, and continuously monitoring SLAs.

Role Involves:

• Leading Procure to Pay and Billing functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18-25 years of experience in Finance Operations (P2P/O2C).
• Experience in the Media Industry.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation.
• Strong experience in People Management.
• Adept in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations.
• Excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
