IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• Delivering on-site support to WPP employees, agencies, and clients.
• Providing on-site support to WPP agencies in Ho Chi Minh City and potentially other locations with travel.
• Offering remote support to WPP agencies across the APAC region.
• Ensuring IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered and supported.
• Developing excellent relationships with the business user base.
• Leading a customer-centered culture and educating users on technology tools.
• Logging all IT engagements into a ticketing system.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account administration and asset management.
• Handling level 1 and 2 incident and problem management.
• Ensuring security procedures are followed.
• Managing simple user and office relocations.
• Maintaining Service Desk knowledge base and standard procedures.
• Deploying hardware and software to end users.
• Managing IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle.
• Supporting WPP Global in promoting global standards.

• 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
• Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Can-do attitude.
• Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with end users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stress.
