Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver outstanding on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Seoul. This role involves providing level 1 and 2 support, managing IT assets, and ensuring security procedures are followed. The IT Support Engineer will report to the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead and collaborate with various teams within Enterprise Technology.

Role involves:
  • Providing on-site and remote IT support to WPP employees and agencies.
  • Managing user accounts and IT assets.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving level 1 and 2 incidents.
  • Maintaining the Service Desk knowledge base.
  • Deploying hardware and software.

Requirements:
  • 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role
  • Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
