The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI and other new technologies to enhance user experience and streamline operations. This role involves planning and implementing AI-driven solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring system stability.

Role Involves:

  • Planning and creating proposals for AI-driven solutions in customer support.

  • Ensuring system stability and responding to incidents.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies.
  • Experience in creating requirements definitions for system implementation in operations or CS.
  • Experience in system operation and maintenance, including incident response.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
