Job Description
Topsort is seeking a driven Account Manager to join their growing team. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the product. They will navigate complex relationships, align internal teams to client needs, and ensure long-term retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and product usage.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer.
- Prepare and lead QBRs, performance reviews, and product optimization sessions.
- Drive upsell opportunities and support commercial growth.
- Track engagement and usage data.
- Communicate clearly and consistently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution.
- 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Experience working in or with fast-paced tech companies, SaaS platforms, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
